Abstract: The fast expansion of the forest activity for commercial ends and the production in wide scale for the crescent disputes of the wood raw-material turned necessary the achieve of study the study that perfected the great production and it guaranteed the supply of such a demand. One of the main goods used for the reforestation today in Brazil and in the world is the Eucalyptus, mainly for its good productivity and adaptation capacity to the several environment conditions. However, it becomes fundamental that it settles down the quality of the environment in the commercial plantings, to know each other the conditions of development of the culture and its relationship with the environment where it is growing. This research was accomplished with the objective of evaluating the behavior of the main indicators that may contribute to observe a quality pattern in different types of soils, under a homogeneous forest covering of Eucalyptus urophylla. This work was accomplished in a following top with eucalyptus planting, with three different portion of the landscape and a class of different soil for each third of this landscape: in the superior third, ARGISSOLO VERMELHO-AMARELO; medium third, ARGISSOLO AMARELO and inferior third, PLANOSSOLO HÁPLICO. The expected is that happens a difference in the behavior among the attributes physical, chemical and biological in agreement with each class of soil. In the class of soil ARGISSOLO VERMELHO-AMARELO the physical properties, chemistries and biological they present different behavior when compared to the other classes of soil due to its composition in the landscape and condition textural, which checks it good drainage conditions, structure and larger protection to the nutrients and the development of the microorganisms. Already for the united analysis of the three attributes (chemical, physical and biological) it can be verified that the most indicated soil for the development of the culture, it is found in the superior third in the following top, in other words, the soil class ARGISSOLO VERMELHO-AMARELO, knowing that the forest cultures as the one of the eucalyptus present a good development and good productivity under relief conditions with good drainage and soil with good structuring, as well as its relationship with the offer of nutrients and the fundamental symbiotic association with mycorrhizal fungi.
