Abstract: The objective of the present work is to realize a floristic survey of the arboreas species located in the National Tijuca’s Park (PTN) during the roads inside of it, evaluating some parameters and characteristics presented in the local vegetation, at first affected by the opening and the existence of this roads, generating informations as geographic distribution of these species, their behavior and abundance in such conditions. To the accomplishment of this survey, it was used the hill plot method, presenting two parcels of 10 x 10 meters, located hillside up and hilside down separate by the road. The localization of this fragment of that form intends to the observation of possible alterations of it, because of diferent conditions of luminity and wind incidence, dinamic of disperse beyond others factors that can modify in somehow the vegetation and their behavior. It was taked note and collects with all individual with DAP over 5 centimeters, being that the majority of the botanical material acquired was barren. It was showed 303 individuals, divided in 31 families, 53 sorts and 77 species. The exotic species Dracaena fragans and Euchalyptus edulis in 60% of all parcel showed, representing ¼ of the total of all individuals. The occurrence in 80% of the parcel by the species Euterpe edulis (palmito) added to other species in stages sucessional more advanced totalize about 79% of all inventoried individuals. This can point a sucessional state or regeneration relatively in advance in the area, even in forest edge conditions, over the most intense impact of the road. With regard to the positioning of the species hillside up or hillside down it was not observed great floristic distinction, except in the case of the exotic D. fragrans. The analysis of the grouping realized pointed the expected result, at least partially, and the comparison between areas pointed low floristic similarity indicating indicating significant floristic distinctions between the different survey used in analysis.
