| Abstract: | O presente trabalho constituiu o estudo da biologia de Urbanus acawoios em Clitoria fairchildiana e em variedades de Phaseolus vulgaris (Carioca Jalo e Rubi). Este estudo foi realizado no laboratório de Entomologia Florestal da Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro nos meses de Março e Abril de 2005. Tendo o hesperiidae U. acawoios completado seu ciclo de vida quando alimentados com folíolos das variedades de feijão Carioca, Jalo e Rubi. O tipo de alimentação influenciou o peso e a duração dos instares larvais de Urbanus acawoios. |
| Abstract: | Biology of U. acawoios in Clitoria fairchildiana and in Varieties of Phaseolus vulgaris: Carioca, Jalo e Rubi. The present work constituted the study of the biology of Urbanus acawoios in Clitoria fairchildiana and in varieties of Phaseolus vulgaris (Carioca Jalo and Rubi). This study was accomplished at the laboratory of Forest Entomology of the Rural Federal University of Rio de Janeiro the months of Março and April of 2005. Tends the hesperiidae U.acawoios completed your life cycle when fed with folíolos of the varieties of bean Carioca, Jalo and Rubi. The feeding type influenced the weight and the duration of theyou urge larval of Urbanus acawoios. |
